Right off the 101 near the Silver Lake area is an elementary school that has some buttery benches for you to skate. (Don’t know why all the skaters come to this particular school to skate benches. They’re all over LA. Maybe because it’s lowkey and bust-free?) There’s also a 4 Stair/Gap/8 Stair Handrail that you might have seen Gareth Stehr do a Firecracker to Backside Lipslide in a video. Spot is super fun and is worth the trip if you’re ever in that area. No need to bring wax cause these benches are as buttery as an 18 year old virgin.

Located at the opposite end of the school on the corner of East Edgeware and Angelina Streert is a Bump over Fire Hydrant to Curb. On our way to the car we spotted this and tested it out. Someone waxed the ledge (As you can see from the tire marks.) and is skateable. Frontside 180 Flip to Lip anyone? I think Joey Pepper just recently did that on some ad for Zoo York?
