One of our crew members (BOCKCHOY) recently attended the HellaFlush car meet out in Venice Beach this past weekend. Aside from skateboarding and graf, we also have a love for import cars. (Even though most of us can’t afford this shit anymore.) We all originally started out with our little engine swapped, 92-95 Civic Honda’s Hatches with prized, JDM modifications, but we all eventually evolved into getting streetbikes and stopped there, except for BOCKCHOY. This guy had to get a streetbike AND trade in his Hatch for a WRX into an EVO-X. Here are some photos and write up that he wanted to share with us:
“Early Saturday morning we decided to go hit up the HellaFlush meet out in Venice Beach and represent the clicks! “HB Speed x Skate All Cities x The Hundreds“ What is HellaFlush you might ask? It’s the new car steez sweeping the west coast and most likely spreading to the rest of the states like the swine flu! Remember when wheel tucking was cool in your Honda? Well it’s not the late 90′s anymore, HellaFlush is exactly what it is. Go wide with concave in your rims poking out with fatty tires! More grip and flush with the body lines. This meet was good times and a wheel whores/baller wet dream come true with many different cars from Evos, STi’s, Skylines, Hondas, Nissans, Scions, etc.” – Bockchoy
