After getting back from an exhausting trip in Boston, I got a phone call from the SAC homeys asking me if I wanted to join them in a 1 week roadtrip out to Portland, Oregon. I was hesitant at first since I just got back but said, “Fuck it why not?“ When am I ever going to have a 15 passenger van full of skaters (9 to be exact) coming over to pick me up to go on a skateboarding trip up to Portland? (It was an offer that I couldn’t refuse.) So with dirty laundry at hand, my skateboard, 1 days rest and a wallet full of cash, I was on my way for a 16 hour drive up the 101 North with Gabriel, Armo Joe, Andy, Squid, Brendan from Concussion, Brandon, Diego, and Anthony aka “Caveman”.
