This 3Up/3Down Manual Pad located on the corner of Mission & 14th Streets in San Francisco, CA is probably one of the most well known and beefiest manual pads in California. I’m sure that you’ve seen this in some of your favorite skate videos before. Rumor has it that this spot is now currently the headquarters of some huge porn company? Who knows, but the one thing that I do know is that the tricks that have gone down on this spot are legit.

Same Shit, Different City
The ground here is slightly rough compared to your sweetly paved marble sidewalks down in Hollywood Blvd; or something like that. The manual pad itself is even harder to skate. You have to ollie pretty high and far up in order to balance yourself for a good 20-25 feet manual. All I can think about while skating this spot was how gnarly the Switch Tailslide by Ricardo Carvalho(?) was. Absolutely N-U-T-S.
